Little Tokyo Trip

As you see by the title of this post, I will be talking about my experience in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. Me and my close friends took this journey 03-05-16. It first started off walking around and looking at a few gift stores. Me and Ana who was the one person with me at the moment, went into this little sweet shop where I purchased sakura mochi.

It is wrapped with a very salty leaf and has a red bean paste filling inside of the pink rice. With the name "Sakura" I was hoping for a very potent cherry blossom flavor, which I didn't get. Disappointed when I bit into it, I would have to rate it 3/5 since of that reason and it was too much red bean paste for my liking.


After walking around for a bit, Ana and I found Little Tokyo Village which has so many restaurants, stores, and bakeries to enjoy.
